The social caravan of the LONACI Foundation concluded its second phase with the inauguration of two educational facilities: a secondary school in Bandakagni-Sokoura in the Zanzan region, and a primary school in Kalamon in the Bounkani region. In Bandakagni-Sokoura, located in the Sandegué department of the Zanzan region, the LONACI Foundation inaugurated and furnished a secondary school with desks and benches. The donation also included an office for the principal and restroom facilities. The school, named "Groupe scolaire Alassane Ouattara," was inaugurated on Saturday, November 26, 2022, in the presence of Mr. Ziabi Alphonse, the prefect of the Sandegué department and the ceremony's president. The solidarity caravan of the LONACI Foundation then traveled to Kalamon, in the Doropo department of the Bounkani region, to hand over the keys to a fully equipped six-classroom primary school, along with an office, a storage room, and restrooms. The donation was presented to the educational community on Tuesday, November 29, 2022, in the presence of Mr. Lenekpoho Fofana, the prefect of the Doropo department. On behalf of Mr. Dramane Coulibaly, the President of the Board of Directors of the LONACI Foundation, Mrs. Dominique M'Bahia, the Director of Social Action of the LONACI Foundation, expressed her wish at each stage that the provided educational infrastructure would inspire children's interest in studies and contribute to their academic success. Prior to visiting Bandakagni-Sokoura and Kalamon, the social caravan of the LONACI Foundation first stayed in Yamoussoukro to hand over an equipped integrated health center in Kokrenou-Bellevue. Then, in Bongouanou, they rehabilitated a primary school and inaugurated an integrated health center in the Assiè-Assasso sub-prefecture.
