The Constitutive General Assembly of the LONACI FOUNDATION took place on March 18, 2019. The purpose of the LONACI FOUNDATION is:
The promotion or financing of the construction of healthcare or agricultural facilities in rural or disadvantaged urban areas.
The promotion or financing of the construction of educational facilities in rural and disadvantaged areas.
The construction or financing of any other activities related to the well-being of disadvantaged rural or urban populations.
The implementation of social initiatives in the fields of health, education, social welfare, and in all sectors aimed at reducing poverty across the entire national territory

ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS FOR SOCIAL ACTIONS
Pursuant to the missions assigned to it by the government, LONACI carries out social initiatives each year in the fields of health and education for the benefit of disadvantaged populations.
WHAT IS THE NATURE OF THE SOCIAL INITIATIVES CARRIED OUT?
In the field of health: construction of health centers, technical staff housing, and latrines; donations of ambulances and medicines; donations of medical equipment and supplies; installation of water fountains.
In the field of education: construction of classrooms, teachers' housing, and latrines; donations of desks and benches, and school supplies; installation of latrines and water fountains. All other initiatives of significant social impact.
WHO CAN SUBMIT A REQUEST?
Requests must be submitted by the legitimate or legal representative of a specific community or a recognized organized group of public interest, such as: Authorities, Elected Officials, Community Leaders, Religious Leaders, President of a Development Association, etc.
HOW TO SUBMIT A REQUEST?
Simply send a written request to the Director General of LONACI, specifying: the nature of the need, the location, and the target populations. Any supporting information that justifies the urgency and validity of the request should be provided.
WHAT ARE THE ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA?
It determines the intervention budget and the number of selected locations. The budget for social initiatives is taken from the profits of the past fiscal year
Emphasis is placed on the most disadvantaged locations due to their geographical situation.
Social initiatives should benefit the greatest number of people.
This criterion aims to reduce regional disparities by avoiding a strong concentration of actions in a single region or area. To this end, LONACI has a mapping system that allows it to allocate social initiatives to regions in the best possible way.
