The population of Naholo Sobara no longer needs to travel long distances to access healthcare.
This village in the Niéméné sub-prefecture, Dabakala department, now has an integrated health center, including a clinic and a maternity ward. The donation from the LONACI Foundation also includes a four-room villa.
The entire donation, estimated at 80 million CFA francs, was received by health authorities on Sunday, June 27, 2021, in Naholo Sobara, in the presence of the prefect of the Dabakala department.
It should be noted that the LONACI Foundation has committed to equipping the center in the near future.
The Departmental Director of Health, Mr. Coulibaly Aboubakary, who fully appreciates the importance of the donation, promised to assign healthcare personnel to the center as soon as it is equipped. He also pleaded for the midwife assigned to this center to have housing.
When it becomes operational, this center will have a positive impact on Naholo Sobara and the surrounding villages, as it will improve the quality of life for the populations.
By constructing it, the LONACI Foundation is making a significant contribution. It is firmly aligned with the government's policy of bringing healthcare facilities closer to the population, explained Mr. Baba Ouattara, Advisor to the Director General, representing Mr. Dramane Coulibaly, President of the LONACI Foundation.

While urging the population to use the center, he emphasized the need to maintain the infrastructure, with a particular focus on hygiene.
